Due to the unique steep sided valley of Chamonix, it’s hard to find a property which can effortlessly offer guests easy access into the wild nature that sits above the alpinism capital of the world.

Built by Piedmontese mountain dwellers between 1775 and 1777, the home was originally an alpine farm, and remained so for the 200 years following its construction, before becoming an inn in the 1940s.

The chalet provides extraordinary views with privacy within 450m2 of living space as well as large exterior grounds. A mix of contemporary design and original features create the most homely of spaces where guests get to experience and feel they are between nature and a world class ski town.

Enjoy the large wooden terrace overlooking the valley, make the most of the spa including a jacuzzi and sauna. The private driveway leads to ample parking and ski room for all your equipment needs.

Sleeping 15 guests between five bedrooms including a hayloft dormitory which is perfect for children and additional guests that also has a TV snug and bathroom.

Living Space

Various rooms throughout this spacious property allow for entertaining and also privacy. Large windows create majestic views over the Mont-Blanc massif which create a stunning vista.

Grounds

4000 square meters of gardens and terraces, with privacy provided by a long driveway, mature hedges and trees. Sat at 1100 metres facing southeast provides direct sunlight throughout the day.

Wellness

Away from the chalet, a converted mazot provides guests with a sauna and outdoor shower. After a day on the slopes, wallow away in the nordic bath looking over Les Aguilles de Chamonix just to the side of the mazot.

Fine Wine

Just off the kitchen is the wine cellar where you can help yourself to the finely selected wines as well as the well stocked bar located off the main lounge.

The chalet comes equipped with the latest technology which blends in with the soulful and heavenly restored rooms. Cinema room and the sonos music system throughout ensure you’ll have entertainment at the flick of a button.

Dining

Beautiful kitchens and open plan dining are matched by the views across the valley. In warmer months enjoy the large terrace for alfresco dining and pre-dinner drinks.

The chalet suits small gatherings and events of up to 40 guests. Sleeping 15 in the main chalet. We can help arrange additional accommodation close by to help create a memorable long weekend or week-long event.

Based in the western end of Chamonix valley with 180 degree views provides an incredible location to explore this stunning region.

Chamonix and the surrounding alpine towns are blessed with year round appeal and whether you’re here for the skiing during colder months or Summer hiking during warmer months it’s a natural playground.

Summer highs can regularly be in the 30’s with Winter months bringing often below freezing temperatures.
